She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Robert, brothers George and Robert Graham, sisters Winnifred Puphal, Janet Hackman, and Clara Bushell, niece Susan Puphal Koch, and nephew Tom Crater.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law David and Nancy Eplin, son and daughter-in-law James and Beth Eplin, grandson Steven Eplin and his fiancée Nicole Perrault, great-grandsons Beau and Christian Eplin, and great-granddaughter Sydnee Eplin. She is also survived by step-grandson Carl (Raelyn) Browning, step-granddaughter Donna (Gary) Vulles, step-great-grandchildren Ramah McDonald, Sammi Vulles, Ashton Feller, Kyle Cox, Jessica Cox, and Presley Cox, and by step-great-great-grandchildren Molly, Chandon, Alijandra, and Memphis Vulles. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews including Pat Sularz and her husband, son and daughter, deceased niece Susan Koch's widower Doug, son Lance and his three daughters, Patty Merrell and her husband Scott and son and daughter, and by nieces Lila Kraus, Judy Seubert, Madge Flansaas, and nephews Neil and Ron Crater and, their families, and by foster daughter Trish Safstrorn and her family.
Her neighbors Jan and Gary, former neighbors Jim and Coleen Marich, friends Rusti Leivestad, Ruth Cheney, and Gunner Jung; niece Patty Merrell and her husband Scott, and helper Suzi Mott were instrumental in enabling her to live independently in her own home for so long, and her sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren are very grateful for their kindness and love to her.
Her body has been cremated. Internment and a graveside service at the Whitepine Cemetery are planned for a later date to be yet determined.
