Mable Anina Lambert-Grantham passed away March 1, 2015.
She was born August 28, 1927 to Alder (Ed) and Vellema Lambert of Flat Willow, Mont. There she attended school at Devil Basin School with brother, Leonard and sisters, Ruth and Leala, all deceased. All listed, including baby sister, Edna, moved to the Upper Thompson River in 1936 and she attended Thompson Falls School by living in the dormitory until family moved to town when youngest sister, Judy, was born. Both Edna Relf and Judy Minemyer still reside in Thompson Falls.
Mable and Charles Otto Grantham were married March 11, 1944. They were blessed with a son, Lenny Grantham, deceased 2004; daughter, Fay Frank of Idaho; daughter, Charlene Larsen, deceased 1989; and son, Boyd of Thompson Falls.
Mable and Charles have eight of ten surviving grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who still live locally.
Combined services for Charlie and Mable Grantham will be held Sat., July 18 at 10 a.m. at Thompson Falls City Cemetery.
