Nancy’s spirit is carried on by two sons, Larry and Ted, along with five grandchildren, Jason, Shaun, Neil, Kizzie and Jessica, four great-grandchildren living in Montana and Idaho and her twin brother, Dale Trudgen of Thompson Falls. Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, Alvah (Bud); her parents, Clarence and Gertrude; and her brother, Donald.
Nancy was known for her love of God, her art skills, competitive spirit, love of family, and caring heart towards animals. Nancy’s art skills live on in homes and halls throughout Sanders County. She was an avid painter and cherished the time she spent teaching and sharing her skills. Nancy was also known for her competitive nature that she passed on to her children and grandchildren. She was always willing to play games with the family and enjoyed playing BINGO as much as possible. Her spirit and determination was evident by the fight she mounted against four different battles against cancer.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
