HONORING A HERO - James Stogner (right) was awarded the Navy Cross last Friday at the Polson VFW. Attendees included Elijah Fobbs (left) who was rescued by Stogner the night of April 5, 1967. Sen. Steve Daines (center) was master of ceremonies for the event, which hosted over 400 attendants.
