Hagedorn's tracking Wild Coyote team

The Wednesday Night Men’s League teams are hunting coyotes, hot on the trail of Wild Coyote golfers Gary Thompson, Howard Morkert, Dave Petteys and Bernie Groshong, who teamed up to shoot the low team net of 138 at River’s Bend last week.

Hottest on the tails of the elusive coyotes, the Hagedorn Land Surveying quartet of Rick Hagedorn, Randy Hagedorn, Paul Flemmer and Tim Harlan, who now trail the Wild Coyote team by only half a point in second half standings, shot the low team gross of 169.

Rick Hagedorn shot the low individual gross of 40 and Morkert carded the low net of 29.

In other Wednesday night highlights, Rick Hagedorn was closest to the pin in 3 on No. 2, Bary Moore knocked down the long putts on Nos. 3 and 6, Thompson took closest to the pin honors on No. 5, Harlan drove his tee shot closest to the pin on No. 8, Mike Baxter slammed the long drive on No. 9, and Flemmer ripped the long 55+ drive on No. 9.

Beaty and Thompson both made chip-in shots on No. 7 part of their rounds.
