Bull River Clinic staff ready for opening

CABINET PEAKS AT BULL RIVER will be opening next Monday providing medical services. Cabinet Peaks Clinic at Bull River is ready for its grand opening scheduled for next Monday, September 10. Staff is in place and ready to provide family practice, urgent care, occupational health and physical therapy services.

Robin Trull, RN, BSN, MPH, PA-C is the medical provider for the clinic. She is a resident of Thompson Falls and has multiple medical certifications including advanced cardiac, trauma, pediatric, and comprehensive life support. She is a Kansas native and has spent 29 years as a registered nurse and 10 years as a physician assistant. Her background in cardiac, hospice and intensive care prepared her for physician assistant schooling.

According to Cabinet Peaks Clinic, "Robin treats people of all ages, with any disease process, and is a member of the National Honor Society for Physician Assistants and the Society of Emergency Medicine of Physician Assistants."


"I am passionate about what I do," Trull commented. "My hope is that you will have an excellent experience at Cabinet Peaks Clinic at Bull River."

Trull and her husband have eight children and 25 grandchildren in five states, as well as three dogs.

Kjirsten Mercer, RN, will be taking another round offering nursing service at the Bull River clinic. She worked at the clinic when it was formerly under the direction of Bonner General Hospital services of Sandpoint, Idaho. She currently resides in Noxon, giving her knowledge of the clientele the clinic will be assisting.

"I am looking forward to bringing healthcare back to my community and serving those around me," Mercer stated. She and her husband, Rob, have four children.


Lastly, Angela Patten, DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy), will join the crew providing physical therapy to area patients. She graduated from Andrews University in Michigan and has been treating patients at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center in both Libby and Troy since 2011.

Manual therapy, dry needling techniques, movement analysis and personalize exercise programs are her specialty. She also treats vertigo, lumbopelvic pain, cervical, lower back, shoulder and lower extremity pain, overall balance and mobility impairments, and provides post-surgical rehabilitation assistance.

"I am really looking forward to working at Cabinet Peaks Clinic at Bull River. It is exciting to be able to provide physical therapy services to the area and help the members of this community thrive," Patten commented.

She and her husband have a one-year-old son and a dog who she enjoys taking for walks or going to the lake with.

The clinic will be open Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Physical therapy services will be provided at the clinic on Thursday afternoons. To schedule services or to address any other inquiries, contact the clinic at (406) 847-7325.
