OPEN HOUSE – Plains Mayor Dan Rowan cuts the ribbon for the grand opening of Wild Horse Mercantile near the east end of downtown Plains as the co-op vendors gather for the ceremony.
It's an old place with old things at a new location and a new name and it commemorated its grand opening last Tuesday by treating customers to finger foods, coffee and hot apple cider.
