Students earn college honors

MONTANA STATE UNIVERSITY

Montana State University in Bozeman announced its undergraduate honor rolls for fall semester 2018.

There are two MSU honor roll lists: the President’s and the Dean’s Honor Roll. Students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours to be on either list.

Students with a perfect 4.0 grade point average for the semester were named to the President’s Honor Roll (noted by an asterisk).

The following Sanders County students are among the 3,541 students earning grade point averages of 3.5 or above for the semester.

Heron: Kathryn Freitag.

Plains: Kendra Bertrand, Veronica Black, Alec Cole, Douglas Damschen, Jack Dolson, Tanna Klammer, Jake Lile*, Kristine Peele, Jena Peterson, Hailey Phillips*, Daniel Uli, Carley Vonheeder, Danika Whitcomb*.

Thompson Falls: Elsie Brown, Abigail Croft, Kevin Ng, Mykola Stone, Madison Wheeler.

FLATHEAD VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Flathead Valley Community College officials have announced the names of students who made the Dean’s List for the fall 2018 semester. The following students completed at least 12 credits last semester in courses numbered 100 or above and earned a minimum grade point average of 3.5:

Plains: Kara C. Altmiller, Hailey R. Coe, Demi L. Horton, Timothy S. Olson, Collin J. Ray.

Thompson Falls: Nichole A. Dowell, Corey C. Lantz, Tyler R. McGaughey.
