The Wednesday Night Men’s League played a mid-season round just for fun last week but, rest assured, the golfing war will resume in earnest the next time these players gather at River’s Bend.

Making their trip around the Bend the most enjoyable of all, the Hagedorn Land Surveying team put together the low gross round of 28.

In other Wednesday highlights, Randy Hagedorn put down the long putts on Nos. 3 and 6, Scott Sol was closest to the pin off the tee on No. 5, Ryan Ostwald hit the long drive on No. 9, and Dan Kier hit the other long drive, the one for those traveling at over 55, on No. 9.

Mark Terrazas bagged the only chip-in of the night on No. 7.
