Rocketman Pyros helped Quinn's Hot Springs Resort ring in the new year with more than 900 shells of fireworks starting at the stroke of midnight. Steve Underwood, co-owner of the Spokane, Washington, company, said he fired 15 different types of shells that went from about 150 feet to 400 feet high. The fireworks show lasted less than four minutes, but it was a big hit for the 250 guests at the resort's Paradise Hall. This is the fourth year that Quinn's Hot Springs Resort has hired Rocketman Pyros for the New Year's Eve party. Underwood said it is the only Montana site his company has served since he started the business in 2005. The company normally does shows in Washington and Idaho, including weddings, rodeos, concerts, circuses, and the Disney on Ice. Quinn's also hired the company for its Independence Day celebration last year.
