Charlo defeated Plains 25-11, 25-17, 25-9 in Charlo Thursday in District 14C volleyball action.

Kaylah Standeford hit three kills and a block to lead the Trotters, Madison Elliott added a block, Dacia Black hit 20 digs and an ace, and Izzy Butcher two assists and another ace.

Kassidi Cox chalked up 10 kills and eight service aces to spark Charlo, Carlee Fryberger hit 10 digs and Connor Fryberger 17 set assists.

In other action last week, the Trotters lost 25-18, 25-15, 25-15 to Sanders County rival Hot Springs in Plains last Tuesday. No individual statistics were available from that match.

The Noxon Lady Red Devils fell 22-25, 26-24, 25-22, 27-25 to the Clark Fork Mountain Cats in Superior Saturday. The Devils were also to have played at Clark Fork, Idaho last Tuesday but results of that match were not available.
