He is now facing charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, criminal possession of dangerous drugs with the intent to distribute, criminal child endangerment and unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted person. Spegal’s trial has been set for Oct. 25.

Jennifer Flemmer attended court via Zoom Tuesday for sentencing, which had been previously postponed. This was done for her attorney and the county parole officer, to get her accepted into a treatment center as well as a clean living program. Flemmer was sentenced to three years with the DOC. She was given credit for 181 days of time served.

Also on Tuesday, Judge James Manley sentenced Andrew Williams to three years with the DOC for burglary. According to charging documents, several items stolen during a burglary were traced back to Williams. He has been given credit for 75 days of time served and is required to pay a restitution of $4,471.

Wyatt Brooks appeared in court Tuesday after being arrested on a warrant. The warrant was put out after Brooks missed court appearances. Last year, Brooks was charged with partner or family member assault for the third time. After not showing for the last two sentencing hearings, the state retracted their plea agreement. Brooks has elected to proceed to trial. A status hearing has been set for June 8 to decide the date for the trial.
