Noxon Quik Stop takes Tuesday title

Noxon Quik Stop came away with the top honors for Tuesday Night Men’s League at River’s Bend Golf Course this year. Quik Stop golfers Rusty Sharp, Bruce Haflich, Shawn Wilkinson and Scott Garr were the season’s best with 127 points, just one more than Big Sky Pantry.

The Tuesday men celebrated the end of the season with a scramble last Tuesday. Montana’s Best Builders and Feed and Fuel tied for the low gross scramble score of 31 and Internet Kitchen took low net as a team with 22.4.

In other play night action, Kelly Kovarik sank the long putt on No. 3, Ty Pardee was closest to the pin on No. 5 while his father Scott took those honors on No. 8, and Nathan Snead and Rick Hagedorn slammed the long drives on No. 9.

Bruce Haflich, John Mosher, Hagedorn, Ron Belger and Ryan Ostwald all sank chip-ins on Tuesday.
