Constitution is the solution

From where do you accredit your freedom?

Our American founders recognized the source of freedom is God.

Inscribed on our Liberty Bell “Proclaim Liberty throughout all the Land unto all the Inhabitants Thereof”; these words are from the Old Testament, the book of Leviticus, Chapter 25, verse 10.

Old Testament, Exodus, Leviticus, Deuteronomy is the source of God’s law: All 613 Commandments!

Rendered down to the familiar 10 in Exodus 20: 2-17 and Deuteronomy 5: 6-21

Abiding by God’s law frees us from servitude to any earthly force or bondage of dependence.

As the Declaration of Independence eloquently writes, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed, by their Creator, with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Also proclaims in the first paragraph: WHEN in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitle them.


Scripture holds evidence of our blessings of freedom. Our founding documents are where our blessings of freedom are recorded.

Our Constitution, crafted by very wise men well versed in scripture and law, written for a virtuous population, “Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become more corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters.” ~ Benjamin Franklin


Our Constitution was written to constrain government – to few and defined powers, Article 1, Sec 8. Strengthened by the Bill of Rights, the first 10 amendments further outlining our inalienable rights that no government may abuse.

The Republican form of representational government provided by our founders, provides people maximum freedom of self-determination and self-reliance, so long as that government abides by its constitutional limits.

Since our founding and before the Declaration of Independence was signed, the foreign unfriendly adverse political philosophy sought to undermine the God given Freedoms proclaimed on this continent.

May 1, 1776, Dr. Adam Weishaupt founded the Bavarian Order, the Illuminati, later instrumental in the bloody French Revolution, contracted with K. Marx and F. Engels to codify their philosophy in the Communist Manifesto published in 1848, promoting collectivism over freedom.

A compliant collective population is much easier to control than a population of free individuals.

Our free and independent republic has been fragile from the beginning. Today threats to freedom are reinforced by the very institutions of government - multitudes of clerks, officials, councils, boards, commissions, elected or appointed, layers of government presume to regulate [control] every aspect of our life.

Some think a new Constitutional Convention to further amend or fully rewrite it is a solution to constrain overgrown government out of Constitutional compliance. A call for a convention of states is now being discussed.

I disagree, in view of alternative political ideology [Marxism] that supports this action will work to deconstruct the law designed to limit government. Such a convention would likely have very bad outcomes. The Constitution is not the problem, amending it is not the solution.

The Constitution is the solution; we must demand our government retreat to constitutional limits.

Repairing our corrupted election process is the first step. Repealing progressive voting laws that facilitate fraud, and elect honest virtuous statesmen replacing corrupt self-serving, political officials the “system” supports. Honest elections are term limits.

The proper role of government is to protect and secure our God-given rights.

Be free as ordained by God.
