The Thompson Falls football team had a special celebration last week to mark their 2021 state championship. Team members ordered rings which were presented at a ceremony last Wednesday. Athletic Director Jake Mickelson also unveiled a banner in the gymnasium highlighting the championship season.

The championship rings were presented by Jostens. "This ring tells the story of your championship," Jostens representative Bob Casagrande told the team. More than a dozen parents and community members were in attendance, and Casagrande said it's the first ceremony he's attended with so much community support. The team and coaches were all smiles as they put their rings on.
