Help the good people

Several years ago I saw this saying in a store window: “Making good people helpless won’t make bad people harmless.” There was a drawing of a rifle underneath. Taking our guns away from us is not the only way to make (force) good people to be helpless.

There are endless ways that are being applied leaving good people more helpless, hopeless and desolate. While it seems that little or no effort is being done to remove or even slow down the activities of the bad people. Instead a blind eye is turned to protect and defend the poor persecuted supposedly innocent victims, even praised and encouraged the bad not so harmless bad people carry on as usual!

I also recently received a notice of entry of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes of the Flathead Reservation State of Montana United States compact preliminary decree and notice of availability. Special proceedings: commencement order in the affected basins. The lower Clark Fork basin is just one of several basins affected. This involves more than just the tribes and the reservation.

If this degree is approved and finalized, it will be binding on all water users in the Montana water rights adjudication. I was also told several newspapers would carry updates on this matter. I discovered this pretty near on the back page needing a magnifying glass to read it. This was located in an obscure spot of the public notice column.
