So very glad to read that the Barking Dog Ordinance (Sanders County Ledger, May 30, 2019) has passed giving teeth to Sheriff Rummel’s department to address this issue.
Perhaps he and his department would do well to borrow some teeth from these barking dogs in an attempt to stem the ove...
