The Thompson Falls cross country team crossed state lines last weekend to compete at Farragut State Park in Idaho. “We ran JV at this meet. There were LOTS of teams there, so the competition was great in all the races,” head coach Sarah Naegeli said. A familiar sight at River's Bend Golf Course came crashing down Monday during Over the Hill play. About 11 a.m., Ray Marshall said he was 50 yards from the green on No. 3 when the stump of an old tree came crashing down.
