From lacking drive to “I always strive,” from few accomplishments to confidence, from “I don’t dare to dream” to “I can lead that team?” Thompson Falls Toastmasters will hold an open house next Thursday, Nov. 30 for community members to find out.   • Group offers free rides for veterans

    Sanders County Veterans Transportation (SCVT), organized in 2012, has the sole purpose of raising money to purchase vehicles to transport veterans to their VA healthcare appointments free of charge. SCVT purchased three vehicles, in service in the county now, using money provided by Sanders County people.
