Ladies play Bingo Bango Bongo

The ladies enjoyed fun night and potuluck for the first Thursday of the month at River's Bend last week, playing a friendly game of Bingo, Bango Bongo. Golfers got one point if they were first on the green, one for being closest to the pin once all players in the group were on the green, and one for being first to drop the ball in the hole.
Winners in each group were Marshanna Drop and Jan Thompson, with a tie between sisters Chris Kelly and Kim Sparks.
Thompson show the low gross round of 47 last Thursday. Madie Wheeler and Barb Petteys each shot the low net of 31, with Wheeler winning the tie breaker. Petteys scored an impressive birdie on No. 8 while Thompson had a chip-in on No. 5.
The ladies will be back to regular competition this Thursday at River's Bend.
