The Edward Jones team were the Wednesday winners in the second half of league play at River’s Bend Golf Course this season, finishing in the top spot ahead of First Security Bank.

In the final week of competitive play last week, the Big Eddy’s/Limberlost Brewery team of RT Brown, Bob Brown, Doug Fisher and John Torres combined for the low gross of 168, while Whitefish Credit Union’s Rusty Sharp, Randy Hojem, Chuck Manry and Ray Marshall shot the low team net of 137. RT Brown had the low individual gross round of 38, smashed one of the long drives on No. 18 and his drive was closest to the pin on No. 17 last week.

Steve Clark shot the low net of 31, Ben Mummert was closest to the pin in three on No. 11, Fisher sank the long putt on No. 12, Jesse Mosher the long putt on No. 15, Mike Thilmony was closest to the pin on No. 14 and Dan Kier hit the other long drive on No. 18.

Four golfers chipped it in last Wednesday, including Marshall on No. 15, Torres, Dave Petteys and Chadd Laws on No. 16, and Gary Thompson on No. 18.

The Wednesday men wrapped up the season this Wednesday with steak night.
