Trick or Treat, Move Your Feet, is the Thompson Falls Community Trail Committee's fifth 5K Run and 1-mile fun run/walk. The festive event is open to all paces of runners. The event will be Saturday, October 28.

Trick or Treat, Move Your Feet will be a celebration of the scenic, user-friendly trail system in Thompson Falls, and will help raise funds for trail maintenance. The event starts and ends at Northwestern Energy Power Park at the intersection of Maiden Lane and Pond Street. The Powerhouse Loop Trail and the Clark Fork River will set the stage for a family fun, Halloween-themed outing.

Registration will take place at the Power Park 10:15-10:45 a.m. on race day. The 1-mile Fun Run is$5, the cost for the 5K Run is $15.00. Halloween-themed prizes will be given to the first 50 5K registrants. All registrants will receive a medal.

The 1-mile walk/run begins at 11 a.m. and the 5-K follows at 11:30. Participants and their families are encouraged to come in costume! A costume contest will also hail the winners of the funniest, most creative, and best group prizes. The first male and female 5K finishers will take home holiday-themed prizes.
