Churches plan Easter services

County Christians will visit their preferred house of worship to observe the Easter holy days, this weekend.
Noxon’s Baptist Moutain Church will hold a Passover dinner, Friday, March 30 (RSVP 847-1020). The congregation will meet Sunday, 11 a.m. for Easter service.
The Noxon Mission will hold Easter Mass on Saturday, March 31 beginning at 4 p.m.
Cabinet Mountain Bible Church in Trout Creek will hold a Good Friday service 6 p.m. at the church. A sunrise service will be held at 7 a.m. at the Trout Creek boat launch Easter Sunday, followed by breakfast at the church at 8 a.m. Service will begin at 9 a.m.
Trout Creek Community Church will hold a Good Friday service at 7 p.m. A Sunday public sunrise service will take place at 8 a.m. at the Trout Creek boat launch, followed by a potluck brunch at the church. Sunday school begins at 9:45 a.m., with a celebration service at 11 a.m.
Whitepine Methodist Church will meet Easter Sunday at noon with lunch to follow.
Open Door Baptist Church will meet at the Thompson Falls Senior Center on Easter Sunday for breakfast at 9 a.m., followed by fellowship. Services begin at 11 a.m.
Falls Chapel on the corner of Haley and Church Street will open the doors for worship on Good Friday at 7 p.m., and congregate at 10:30 a.m. Easter Sunday for services.
New Life Fellowship on Airport Road in Thompson Falls will have a Sunday Sunrise Service at 7 a.m. with breakfast following. Services begin at 10:30 a.m. with a play and special music presented by the youth.
Thompson Falls Christian Church on Church Street will meet at 11 a.m. Easter Sunday.
Community Congre-gational Church on Preston Street in Thompson Falls will meet Good Friday at 6 p.m., with Easter Sunday services beginning at 10:45 a.m.
First Baptist Church in Thompson Falls will meet Easter Sunday for a sunrise service at 8 a.m. with a meal to follow. Sunday school begins 9:45 a.m. with praise and worship at 11 a.m. and an 11:30 a.m. service.
St. Williams Parish on Preston Street in Thompson Falls will meet Good Friday at 3 p.m. An Easter Vigil will begin at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 31.
Shepherd of the Valley on Silcox Road in Thompson Falls will meet Maundy Thursday at 6 p.m., Good Friday Tenebrae at 6 p.m., Easter Sunday bible study at 9:45 a.m. with Easter services at 11 a.m.
Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Thompson Falls will meet Maundy Thursday at noon for dinner and worship. A Good Friday service will take place at 5 p.m. Easter Vigil will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday with Holy Communion. Easter Sunday celebration will take place at 9 a.m.
First Lutheran Church in Plains will hold Maundy Thursday dinner and worship at 6 p.m. Good Friday service begins at 7 p.m. Saturday’s Easter Vigil is at 5 p.m. with Holy Communion. Easter Sunday celebration begins at 9 a.m. with Holy Communion.
Plains Bible Chapel will observe Easter Sunday beginning at 11 a.m.
Clark Fork Baptist Church in Plains will meet for Easter breakfast at 9:30 a.m., followed by service at 10:30 a.m..
St. James Parish in Plains will meet for Holy Thursday, March 29 at 7 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection begins Easter Sunday at 11 a.m.
Sacred Heart Parish in Hot Springs will hold Easter Sunday’s Mass of the Resurrection at 1:30 p.m.
