Highlead takes Wednesday lead

 


Highlead and Whitefish Credit Union swung to victory in Wednesday night men’s league at River’s Bend last week. The Highlead crew of Chadd Laws, Jesse Mosher, John Mosher and Steve Fairbank shot a low team gross of 176, and Whitefish’s Rick Kendall, Rusty Sharp, Randy Hojem and Chick Mnary combined for the low team net of 146. Laws also had the low individual net of 33 and his tee shot on No. 5 was closest to the pin.

Scott Pardee shot the low individual gross of 41 and was closest to the pin in three on No. 2, Mike Normandin sank the long putt on No. 3, Dave Petteys had the long putt on No. 6, Nathan Snead was closest to the pin on No. 8 and Steve Fairbank and Mike Baxter slammed the long drives on No. 9.

Whitefish Credit Union took the top spot in team standings by just half a point.
