Wild Coyote golfers enjoy big week

 


The hunting at River’s Bend was good last week as the Wild Coyote pack of feral duffers bagged the low team gross of 176 to move into first place in Wednesday Night Men’s League standings.

Gary Thompson, Howard Morkert, Ty Pardee and Scott Pardee were the four golfing for Wild Coyote last week. Hagedorn Land Surveying team members Rick Hagedorn, Paul Flemmer, Bernie Groshong and Chuck Manry joined forces to post the low team net of 142 as Flemmer shot the low individual gross of 41 to lead his quartet.

Jody Doyle earned low individual net honors with a well-adjusted 31.

In other Wednesday highlights, Bill Nolen was closest to the pin in 3 on No. 11 and was closest to the pin off the tee on No. 14, Ron Beaty put down the long putt on No. 12, Jesse Mosher rolled in the long putt on No. 15, Mike Baxter was closest to the pin on No. 17 and Howard Morkert hit the long drive on No. 9.

Jay Dowell and Rick Hagedorn shot down chip-ins on No. 10, Ty Pardee got one down on No. 11 and Mike Gillmore converted on No. 15.
